To understand economic and legal coherences has already been a special interest of mine during my schooldays. To work as a self employed counsellor matches perfectly with my personal attitude. The personal client relationship is, according to my conviction, the key factor of competent counselling. I am aware that important details of the facts often come out only during counselling interviews and therefore I invest a lot of time for the analysis of the facts. In cases of the assertion of claims I thoroughly check the legal positions from the very beginning. I have made the experience that thereby out of court settlements can be encouraged.More than half of my litigations could be terminated by settlements, so far.
Client’s value:
• Detailed assessment of the enforceability of claims • Concentration on the core business through competent legal counselling • International experience • Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution methods
