CPS Schliessmann was founded in 1994 by Prof. Dr. Christoph Ph. Schliessmann in Frankfurt am Main as a spin off from his teaching activities at St. Gallen Business School. Grown up and experienced in a business family dominated, it was his goal, to integrate the departments "Economics & Law" in away to offer companies a first-class, scientifically based but pragmatic and solution-oriented consulting service and support so solve daily business problems as well as and strategy development and transfer.

In 15 years the team of economists and lawyers around Prof. Dr. Christoph Ph. Schliessmann grew to specialists at the interfaces of Business & Law with a special focus on Compliance & Risk Management, where their cross-disciplinary skills particularly materialize. Essentially, the sore competenties are recognition, measurement and control of all the parameters that the fate of a company's fundamental and lasting destiny, and help identify and controll opportunities and risks in the market and daily business. In 2008 CPS Schliessmann expended in the South-East European regions with a first base in Split / Croatia, from there they offer experienced services in tourism and reals state management.
