Handbook Real Estate Capital Markets

Auf dem deutschen Buchmarkt sind bereits eine Reihe von Büchern mit Private Equity-Bezug erschienen. International sind über 2.000 Werke erhältlich, die sich mit diesem Themenkomplex befassen. Umso mehr verwundert es, dass weder national noch international Literatur zu einem Bereich existiert, der über alle Länder hinweg bisher mehrere 100 Milliarden Euro an Investitionsvolumen generiert hat: Real Estate Private Equity.

Dieses Thema wird in dem vorliegenden Handbuch, herausgegeben von Prof. Dr. Nico Rottke, European Business School, und Prof. Dr. Dieter Rebitzer, HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen, auf knapp 900 Seiten eingehend behandelt.

Die 42 Beiträge des Handbuches wurden von über 60 nationalen und internationalen Experten verfasst. Trotz dieser großen Anzahl an Autoren und der damit verbundenen kleinteiligen Aufteilung sind die Beiträge gut gegeneinander abgegrenzt und nahezu überschneidungsfrei.

Real estate markets have fundamentally changed within the last years: next to the concept of „bricks & mortar“, the asset class „real estate“ has discovered the capital markets-dimension. This leads to an essentially new perspective which is extensively discussed in this handbook.
