Founder of the institute as basis for a variety of activities including: seminars and trainings for the Training Center of the Economy of Baden-Wuerttemberg (Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft) in the field of social competence for trainees, team development training for production teams, management training, company development workshops. Associate lecturer at the University of Education, Freiburg in the field of “New Games – a new way of learning” and Organizational Didactics. 1999 – 2005 Active member and secretary of Dolphins e.V., an association that researches the human dolphin relationship and inspires new approaches in education, therapy and coaching. Contributions to international-wide recognized conferences (translation, facilitation, organization).

2002 – 2007 Active participation in the ‘agenda 21’ (an UNO Initiative) process of the community of Bollschweil. Co-foundation of three working teams in the field of culture, neighbourhood exchange and business. Facilitation and organization of local and regional events.
