Jitka Perina helps your employees effectively navigate their business, in Switzerland and abroad. She is founder of Master Training Group, a Switzerland-based consulting, training, and professional speaking firm focused on identifying your key development areas, designing trainings, seminars, workshops and consulting programs to help your employees use their potentials and perform more effectively.

She earned an M.A.S. in Philosophy + Management from the University of Luzerne. She took a certificate course in Psychological Competencies in Counselling at Institute for Psychology Transfer, University of Zurich.

Jitka has played an active role in many professional organizations including: Master Training Group (current managing director, counselor and coach), Boston Scientific Corp.(Medical Devices, Country sales divisional manager) and AstraZeneca(PHARMA, Key account manager and team leader) and is a member of international coach organizations ICF and EMCC.
