
He works closely with his clients as a consultant, trainer, executive and team coach to help them develop their business strategies and bring them to life with a strategic and evidence-based change mangement approach.
Before joining K&P, Michael was an Organization Practice Specialist at McKinsey & Company, specializing in large change management programs and trainings, e.g., on change leadership, structured problem solving and storylining/chart design. In the past years, Michael worked with numerous global companies on change management and corporate culture engagements worldwide. He gained entrepreneurial and leadership experience as founder and CEO of raba.tt, the introducer of couponing to the German market, with a team of 25 employees.
Based on his own experience, Michael enjoys coaching entrepreneurs with medium-sized and large businesses besides corporate executives. As a certified outdoor trainer, Michael uses experiential learning tools like high ropes courses, e.g., for leadership and teamwork trainings. This way, he creates challenging practical situations that are structurally similar to business problems, but different enough for a new perspective with deep emotional and cognitive impact. Outdoors is also where you'll find him when not serving his clients, be it scuba diving, rock climbing, or riding his motorcycle.
Michael voluntarily served 7 years as a senior officer and officer trainer in the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief. He holds a diploma degree in Psychology from Munich University, Germany. He is a lecturer at Munich University.
