After her commercial training, Annette Moench worked for 17 years in different areas and in various functions for a number of multinational companies. During this time she also completed her studies in IT and Economics. Her main areas of focus are: sales, organizational development, software engineering, process consultancy, change management and productivity improvement programs for restructuring and merger processes within companies. She has acquired more than 13 years‘ experience in national and international teams and has led and/or worked on numerous multicultural projects in more than 25 countries. Annette is fluent in English and has basic knowledge in French and Russian.

For the past 7 years Annette Moench has worked as a freelance consultant, facilitator, coach and trainer and, in 2005, founded moench networks gmbh of which she is managing director.

Annette Moench is a certified coach, qualified facilitator, process consultant, change agent and NLP practitioner. She is a licenced trainer for MBTI and TMS (tools for personality-, team- and leadership development). In the field of large group intervention she has facilitated workshops with over 500 participants. Together with a business partner, she developed the Focused Open Space concept, a method for achieving targeted results which can be directly implemented in companies and organizations. „Presentation – Your Work of Art“ is her latest refinement of classic presentation techniques and focusses on the emotional aspect and on more effective interaction when presenting.

Annette Moench is married and lives in Munich. In addition to swimming and gardening, she enjoys writing books and articles and is regularly asked to speak at international forums. Traveling is her greatest passion, especially adventure holidays in Asia and Australia.
