Carsten Frigge is partner of Duesseldorf based C4 Consulting. Born in Hamburg, he founded the consultancy specializing in change management for Germanies leading companies, back in 1997, jointly with Anabel Houben. Before that, he was a managing partner of Roland Berger & Partner, an international consulting firm.

Carsten Frigge moved from executive responsibility into consulting. He became managing director of Deutsche Tailleur, a medium sized automotive supplier based in Bremen, after working with Juergen Schrempp on the integration of four companies into the emerging Deutsche Aerospace AG. Before that, he was the executive assistant to the head of European operations at international marketing agency Lintas in Hamburg.

After a traineeship in advertising and marketing, Carsten Frigge studied business administration and psychology. He started his career as campaign manager in the US presidential elections as well as in several state parliament elections in Germany.

Carsten Frigge is assisting professor at the chair for media and organizational psychology at the University of Saarland. He is also a Management Consultant certified by the BDU, the German Association of Consultants.
