Short description - Entwicklungstrends von MES-Systemen am Beispiel der Automobil-Industrie

Aufgrund der arbeitsteiligen Organisation und der Charakteristik der variantenreichen Se-rienproduktion existieren in der Automobil-Industrie für die verschiedenen MES-Ebenen ei-gene IT-Systeme. Diese Systeme arbeiten heute eigenständig, meist ohne Datenaustausch und Verbindung zu den anderen MES-Komponenten. Ziel der Automobil-Hersteller ist er es, die Einzelsysteme in den kommenden Jahren miteinander zu verbinden, um damit existie-rende Synergiepotentiale auszuschöpfen.
