The author: Karl Knispel is Learning Manager in a wholesale company. He is responsible for e-learning, learning solutions and their international rollout. In the former company he was the Head of the Department of Product Development and responsible for the realization of the business strategy known as blended learning, quality management and the buildup of an online academy. Furthermore, as the Head of the Department HR Qualification in an education and research company he created and implemented a worldwide internet qualification system in economics. He was a member of the commission of certification for TeleCoach International, TeleTutor and TeleTeacher in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
