Short description - Geplante Gesetzesänderungen zum 01012004

Der Bundestag hat am 17.10.2003 die folgenden Gesetze beschlossen:
1. Haushaltsbegleitgesetz 2004
2. Gesetz zur Förderung der Steuerehrlichkeit
3. Gesetz zur Reform der Gewerbesteuer
4. Gesetz zur Umsetzung der Protokollerklärung der Bundesregierung zur Vermittlungsempfehlung
zum Steuervergünstigungsabbaugesetz (sog. Korb 2 – Gesetz)
Die Gesetzesänderungen der o.g. Gesetze sind erstmalig zum 01.01.2004 bzw. im Veranlagungszeitraum 2004 anzuwenden. Vor Inkrafttreten der Gesetzesänderungen bedarf es jedoch der Zustimmung des Bundesrates. Bei mehreren Gesetzesvorhaben hat die Opposition im Bundesrat jedoch schon Änderungsbedarf angekündigt. Es ist somit noch unsicher, ob alle nachfolgend dargestellten Maßnahmen das Gesetzgebungsverfahren passieren werden.
