Profile

Established by Dr. Gunter Denk in 2004, SANET (Strategic Alliance Network) and its Sister Companies in Bangkok and Hongkong concentrate on joint-ventures and other forms of cooperation between midsized European and Asian enterprises. The network incorporates more than two dozens of highly qualified managers, who commit themselves to “hands on” operative responsibility for their projects. As a senior expert he maintains excellent contacts to government authorities in South East Asia.

 

Personal Data:

Gunter Denk (53) a jurisprudent who practised law for 4 years as a consulting business lawyer, took over operative management of a midsized German industrial enterprise in 1984. In 1999 he merged his company with a Chinese manufacturer listed at the Hong Kong stock exchange. After the merger Dr. Denk served nearly 5 years as vice chairman and executive director of the Shenzhen based company. After establishing the open SANET consulting network, he is a well-known speaker and coach for international business consultants, as well as a hands-on project manager, His reputation is also based on his reference book "Asia for SME - Strategies of Success", which was published 2007 in Germany
