I was born (in 1968) and grew up in Schleswig-Holstein, the northern part of Germany, where I am still living with our three sons.

After completing my training with an international oil company in Hamburg and my studies in economics at the Universities of Kiel and Glasgow, I worked for a large German bank, initially as project manager, and later on as HR manager. In between I worked in public administration as the office manager for the minister of economic affairs, technology and transport in the local government.Here, I gained my first experience in management and consulting.

Since 2000, I have been working as a consultant for people in organizations, as well as regional manager for an organizational and personnel consultancy. In 2004 I joined the consulting group HRD-Hamburg as a partner.

My consulting focus (which I am able to conduct both in German and English) is on:
• Team, line and project leadership and management
• Individual and project coaching
• Change management processes
• Organizational and management audits

In addition to my professional experience, I continuously enhance my knowledge with further training. I am able to offer specialist knowledge in project management, facilitation, train-the-trainer, transactional analysis and systemic coaching. Regular peer consulting and external supervision furthermore supplement my expertise
