Short description -There´s a winner in us all
What makes a winner?
The question is as old as mankind and there are countless theories on success and how to be a winner. Most of these theories are based on the idealistic concepts of, for example, the "perfect" boss or salesman, the "correct" style in leadership or the "optimal" sales technique. Studies show, however, that these ideals, which often serve as a model for training methods disregard two facts: there is no standard "successful type" and no "recipes for success", bur winners have vastly differing personal characteristics and very different methods and techniques. Characteristic of winner is their authenticity, the way their personality structure conforms to the behavior they have learned. They have a very personal style and apply methods and techniques that suite them perfectly. The understanding of their own personality structure becomes the deciding factor for a conscious strategy for success.
For many years now the biostructural analysis has proven itself in all areas of business. It was developed on the basis of the knowledge gained by modern brain research and is firmly substantiated by the results of current research in behavioural genetics, molecular and evolutionary biology. Biostrucutral analysis differantiates between, in simplified terms, biogenetical (given by nature) unchangeable basic strutures and environmental (aqcuired) changeable personality traits. A constant state of stress results if, for any period of time, a person attemps to "train" himself to act in a specific manner that does not coincide with his own basic structure, or if, for any period of time, he is obliged to behave in a way that does not "suit" his own nature. Apart from appearing unconvincing, the resulting negative consequences are feelings of being unable to cope, dissatisfaction and pointlessness, as well as psychosomatic disturbances. Biostructural analysis makes those personality traits recognisable that over a period of time can be changed without any problem and those which cannot and shows further development is possible in harmony with one´s own nature. Special strenghts of biostructural analysis are its simple "handling", the short time it takes, the easliy remembered results and its direct transfer into practice.
