The European Trend Survey »Banks & Future 2008« provides an overview of the ongoing challenges facing European banks and an outlook on future banking as perceived by the bank managers. Its chapters address a number of trends and actual developments in Sales Management, Bank Industrialisation and IT Management.
The survey period of the study was from November 2007 to February 2008. The study contains responses from banks in twelve European countries with a total of 546 participants that were weighted per country.
