The firm was founded in 2005 in Hamburg by a former Andersen lawyer, Dr. Thomas M. Nitsche. By the end of 2005 nitschelegal has launched his own branch office in Berlin within a joint corporation with TLC Noack Nitsche Steuerberatungsgesellschaft GmbH. The Berlin office established within one year a well known reputation in tax law. Tax consultants and audit is located in Berlin. In 2008 both offices declared to set up tax consultancy in Hamburg. In 2009 nitschelegal became TLC nitschelegal LLP, located in London, Hamburg, Berlin with cooperation offices in Buenos Aires, Rio, Santiago, Palma, Cannes, Roma, Milan, Düsseldorf.
