  • Klaus Eckrich founded and directs the CHANGE HOUSE - Excellence in Cultural Change, Erftstadt near Cologne. He is a coach for change both of individual managers and organisations. His particular interest is the role of values, attitudes and behaviour of people and organisations as triggers of cultural change. In his work with management teams, he puts focus on an integrated systems approach in: Setting Self as Good Example, leading People and Teams, giving Leadership Support for developing corporate strategy, (re-) designing organisation structures and implementing management processes effectively. 
     
  • In 1994 Klaus Eckrich joined Ashridge, an international business school near London. He manages Ashridge’s client relations in the German speaking countries and provides consulting in international management development to HR and MD directors. 
     
  • Since 1999 he has been a part time professor at the Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW), a private university of applied sciences in Bergisch Gladbach near Cologne. He teaches General Management and Leadership and heads a team of 6 associated tutors.

  • Prior to his current activities he worked as a line manager at the Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung, Mannheim and as a project manager at Universitätsseminar der Wirtschaft, Schloss Gracht, Erftstadt, the former German business school, now part of European School of Management and Technology (esmt), Berlin. 
     
  • As part of his continuous self development plan, he was a participant in the ‘Ashridge Leadership Process’ (2004), got licensed in MBTI in 2001, takes self assessments (e.g. Firo-B, Lifo) on a regular basis, visits congresses on strategy and organisational development. As a member of a consultant network, he experiences ongoing peer learning. 
     
  • He studied economics at the University of Mainz, and was a PhD student of Professor Peffekoven, member of Germany’s Economic Council. Originally Klaus Eckrich was a finance manager at Sparkasse Speyer. 
     
  • He was born in Speyer in 1960. He is married with Beate Schnepp-Pesch, fashion designer and has two step daughters. The family is living in Erftstadt, near Cologne.
